Terms of service

These terms apply to forksecret.com and to everything you buy from us. By placing an order you're agreeing to them.

Who you're buying from
Forksecret is a trading name of Incoperation LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, filing ID 2026-001972293, with a business address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Email hello@forksecret.com.

What we sell
Digital recipe books, delivered as PDF files. Nothing physical ships. Once your payment clears, a download link is emailed to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a minute.

What you can do with a book you've bought
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.

You may read it on any device you own, print as many copies as you like for your own use, keep it permanently, and cook from it as much as you want, including for other people.

You may not resell it, share or give away the file, upload it anywhere others can download it, republish the recipes or photographs, or use the content in a commercial product, menu or publication.

The recipes, written content, layout and photography remain our property. If you want to use something commercially, email us — the answer isn't automatically no.

Placing an order
You must be at least 16, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher. You confirm the payment method is yours or that you have permission to use it, and that the email address you give is correct and one you can access.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. A change doesn't affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

We sometimes run promotions, and we price differently on other marketplaces where we also sell. That isn't an error and doesn't entitle you to a retrospective adjustment.

Refunds
Email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full, no reason required, and you keep the file. Our Refund policy forms part of these terms.

What our books are, and are not
Our books are cookbooks. They are not medical, nutritional, dietary or health advice, and nothing in them is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything.

Nutrition figures are calculated estimates, not laboratory measurements. Every book prints the method used and its assumptions. Brands, produce and portioning vary, so treat the figures as a reliable guide rather than a precise measurement.

The GLP-1 Kitchen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any pharmaceutical company or medication brand. If you take prescribed medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have specific dietary needs, speak to a qualified professional. Decisions about your protein intake, calorie intake and supplements are for you and your clinician, not for a cookbook.

You are responsible for safe food handling, safe use of your own equipment, and checking ingredients against any allergies or intolerances you have.

Availability
We try to keep the site and downloads available at all times but can't promise uninterrupted service, since hosting, payment and delivery all depend on third parties. If a technical fault stops you accessing something you've paid for, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Disclaimer of warranties
Our products and this site are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, in which case they don't apply to you.

Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute.

This does not take away your rights as a consumer. If you live somewhere with mandatory consumer protection law — including your own US state, the European Union or the United Kingdom — you keep every right that law gives you, and you can bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction where that law allows it.
