Shipping policy

Nothing ships. Everything we sell is a digital download, so there is no delivery address, no carrier, no tracking number and no shipping cost. Ever.

How you receive your book
The moment your payment clears, a download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout — normally within a minute. If you created an account, the file is also available under Orders.

There is nothing to wait for and nothing to sign for.

If it hasn't arrived
Almost every time, it's in a folder you don't check. In order:

Check your Promotions tab if you use Gmail. Then Spam or Junk. Then search your inbox for Forksecret. Then check the email address you typed at checkout for a typo.

Still missing? Email hello@forksecret.com with your order number and we'll send the file directly, usually within a few hours.

What you need to open it
Any phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader. Our files are standard PDFs — no app to install, no account required, no software to buy. They print cleanly on a home printer if you'd rather cook from paper.

Delivering internationally
We deliver worldwide at no extra cost, because there's nothing to deliver physically. No customs, no duties, no import charges, no delay. Our books are written in English and use US measurements with metric in brackets.

Wrong email address?
If you mistyped your email at checkout, we can't reach you — so please email us from the address you'd like the file sent to, mentioning the name or card used, and we'll match it to your order and resend.
