Cancellation policy
We sell our books two ways: as a one-time purchase, or as a VIP Club subscription. You choose at checkout. Most of our books are also available without any subscription at all.
One-time purchases
Pay once, own the book permanently. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel, no card stored for future use. This is the default option on every product page.
VIP Club subscription
If you tick the VIP Club box at checkout, you're starting a recurring subscription. Here are the terms in full:
You are charged every month, beginning on the day you join, and continuing until you cancel.
Your first payment includes the book you're buying, immediate VIP Club access, a free welcome bundle, and a member discount code.
Each month after that, your payment gives you continued access to members-only content and member pricing.
The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. We'll email you a receipt for every charge.
How to cancel
Cancel any time, effective immediately, with no notice period, no cancellation fee and no phone call.
Option 1 — from your account. Log in, open Subscriptions, and click Cancel. It takes one click and takes effect straight away.
Option 2 — email us. Send a message to hello@forksecret.com saying you'd like to cancel. We'll action it within one business day and confirm by email.
Cancelling is deliberately as easy as joining. We will never ask you to justify it, offer you a retention deal you have to decline, or route you through a phone line.
What happens when you cancel
You keep every book and bundle you've already received. They're yours permanently — we don't revoke downloads, and we have no way to take back a file you've saved.
You stop being charged from the next billing date. Members-only content and member pricing end when your current paid month runs out.
You can rejoin at any time.
Refunds on subscription payments
Our 30-day refund covers your first payment in full, exactly like any other purchase — email us within 30 days and we'll refund it, and you keep the files.
For later months: if you forgot to cancel and were charged for a month you didn't want, email us. We refund unused months. We'd rather return $12.95 than keep money someone didn't mean to spend.
Changes to price or benefits
If we change the price or what's included, we'll email you at least 30 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Your rate never changes without notice.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you. If it still fails after a few attempts, the subscription pauses automatically. Nothing you've already downloaded is affected.
Pre-orders and payment plans
We don't offer either. Every book listed is finished and delivered immediately, and there are no instalments or buy-now-pay-later options.
Seeing a charge you don't recognise?
Email hello@forksecret.com with the date and amount and we'll identify it within one business day. If it's a duplicate or an error, we refund it in full immediately.
